Answer: Yes, we sell tours which take place daily. Tourist are picked up from hostel.

Question: do you have a lockout or a curfew??x

Answer: There's no curfew at Flamingo :) You can come back to hostel anytime you want.

Answer: Tour to Auschwitz costs 90 zł (80 zł for students) and tour to Salt Mine costs 100 zł (90 zł for students)

Answer: Yes, kitchen in Flamingo Hostel is self-service and open for our guest 24/7.

Answer: Flamingo Hostel is located in the Old Town in Krakow, where for all parkings you have to pay. However during check in, the receptionist will recommend you some streets located 15 minutes walk from our hostel, on which you can leave your car without paying.

Question: i want to know your hostel's phone number. I will arrive late at the airport(maybe 11pm) then how can i get your hostel? only by the taxi?

Answer: Our hostel's number is +48124220000. From Krakow's airport the cheapest way to get to the centre of Krakow is by train, it goes every 30 minutes during the day and every hour during the night. You cn also take a taxi, but it can cost around 100 zł.

Question: Do your tours include transportation to the site? Am I able to book a tour online or do I have to wait and book when I check in?

Answer: Of course tours include trasportation. There is not any problem with booking tour during check in, but if you would like to book a tour earlier, we can do it for you.

Question: Can we stay also for one night only?

Answer: Yes, of course. Only during the New Years Eve period we require a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Question: Hello, is it possible to check in around midnight because my plane lands around 23:45?

Answer: Reception is open 24/7 so you can check in any time you want :)

Question: Have you got a room with own bathroom in your hostel?

Answer: At Flamingo Hostel we have only two rooms with bathroom: 4 - bed dorm and 8 - bed dorm. We also provide double rooms (known as Flamingo Doubles) with bathroom about 3-minute walk from the hostel.

Question: Hello! Theres is internet acces in the hostel?? I mean, free wifi??

Answer: Yes, we have free wifi and also two computers for our guests. You get wifi password on your arrival.

Question: Can you smoke in any part of your hostel?

Answer: No, our whole hostel is non-smoking. You can however smoke downstairs on the street or in our passage way if it's raining!

Question: Hello! Do you have a posibility to send a letter of confirmation of my stay in your hostel for the Embassy of Poland in Ukraine? I want to book a room for 3 in your hostel but we need this letter. Kind regards.

Answer: This is possible, but you will need to pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer. So the easiest way is to email us with the details of when you want to stay and we will give you details how to do it.
